Comment: Service Master was detailed with their process, everything was explained to me before work was done, while work was in progress and after. The staff was very friendly and hardworking, only a call away in the event of a question or emergency.

Comment: The Crew was very caring and respectful of my belongings. They were kind, considerate, thoughtful and most of all patient with me. I never felt like I was being treated like a client but rather someone That they were taking care of. They didn't come in to merely clean up my mess, they never lost sight of the fact That my home being flooded was a major traumatic event and they did everything to ease the trauma.

Comment: Very professional in doing the job in a timely manner. And when there was a problem with some of the work, it was corrected in a timely and professional manner.

This team was fast, helpful, and knowledgeable. Solved our problem quickly and efficiently. I would use them again ... but hope I will never have to!

Comment: There were areas that were not completed. Painter found cobwebs on walls that had been missed. Wall lights not working and one venetian blind no long will open slats. Door in bathroom missed. First door cleaned on third floor was stripped of finish but I have restored it since. Pictures all put back on walls in the stangest of places and some picture nails disappeared. These are the problems, but the service and the guys, and gal, were so dedicated and I don't think they realized the oversights that I mentioned. Pedro did thorough cleaning of fireplace.
